Here at 'Allure Me' we aim to please. Read the terms and conditions below, before going ahead with any purchases. 

 

 

Payment: 

Payment for the time being is via PayPal, and all jewellery is priced in Pounds Sterling. If you wish to make a BACS payment for your purchase, please get in touch via the contact form to arrange this. Your item will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared. 

 

Purchases: 

All necklaces are brand new and have only been tested to make sure the clasps work and used for photos! Once you have clicked the 'Buy Now' Button you are agreeing to our terms and conditions policy. We have done our very best to ensure our statement necklaces are not misleading by colour, shape or size, however if you are unhappy with your product please let us know via the contact form. 

 

Earrings:

Please note, due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non refundable. 

 

Postage: 

Postage is first class via 'Royal Mail' and FREE! If you live in the CR8 Postcode one of our ALLURE ME angels will hand deliver your jewellery at a time to suit you! Please contact us via the 'Contact Form' to arrange this. (orders over £40 will be special delivery, all other orders will be 2ND class standard.) 

 

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours on receipt of payment (If an item is currently out of stock, it can take up to 7 days for it to be dispatched, however we will inform you of the orders progress). As soon as your order has been posted you will recieve a confirmation email.

 

Please allow extra time for delivery if you are ordering over the bank holiday period. (UK ONLY)

 

Delivery is limited to the UK only

 

 

Refunds & Exchange

If you wish to return an item please inform us within 7 days of receiving it. Please also state clearly the reason for return. If you wish to return it due to an error of ours, firstly we apologise and secondly we will cover the postage cost. However, if you have changed your mind, or it doesn't quite suit the outfit you had planned, the cost of the postage needs to be covered by you. Once your purchase makes it back to Allure Me headquarters we will process your refund via paypal within 28 days.  

 

 

To exchange an item - once we have recieved it back safe and sound we will refund you minus the postage charge- and invoice you for the price of your new purchase(s) plus a new delivery charge.  

 

Gift Vouchers: 

 

Once you purchase your gift voucher you will receive a unique code via email, this can be used at the checkout. 

Vouchers are valid for 18 months from purchase date. If you want the voucher gift wrapped and posted to your recipient this will be an additional £5.00 charge. (gift wrapped comes in a small display box) Please enter voucher recipients details and include FULL NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS and POSTAL ADDRESS.  If you wish to create a voucher ammount that is not listed please contact us vis the contact form to do so.
